Frederic Fol Leymarie is leading research at Goldsmiths at the frontier of A.I., Creativity, Art, Applied Robotics, Interactive Scientific Visualisation. He is interested in understanding human intelligence in the context of embodied activities, such as drawing, dancing, gesturing, as well as combining visual perception with computational models to reveal how humans give meaning to objects and their environment. He received his PhD from Brown University in 2003.
Daniel Berio is an artist and programmer working between computer graphics, robotics and graffiti art. He is currently finishing a PhD at Goldsmiths, University of London, where he is researching methods for the computational generation of graffiti and calligraphic arts through a simulation of the movements involved in their production.
